Themeum Customer Dashboard Overhaul
Revamped of the customer checkout flow, customer dashboard, and license/order flow for users subscribing to the premium version of the product. The existing flows were outdated, confusing, and did not provide a seamless experience for premium users, leading to friction in the subscription process and reduced user satisfaction.
To address these challenges, I reworked the entire flow with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and user-centric design. The new checkout flow streamlined the subscription process, making it intuitive and frictionless. The customer dashboard was redesigned to provide a clear overview of subscriptions, licenses, and orders, enabling users to manage their accounts effortlessly. The license and order flow was optimized to ensure users could easily access and manage their premium features without confusion.
Collaborated closely with designers and developers to ensure the new flows aligned with user needs and business goals. I also crafted clear and concise copy throughout the flows to guide users and reduce friction.
The reworked flows delivered significant results, including improved user satisfaction, reduced drop-offs during the checkout process, and increased engagement with premium features. This project showcases my ability to enhance user experiences, streamline complex processes, and drive business outcomes through thoughtful design and user-centric strategies.
