• A cluttered and unintuitive interface that overwhelmed users, especially beginners.

• Slow loading times and lag during complex page edits, frustrating users.

• Missing modern functionalities like real-time editing, responsive controls, and pre-built templates.

The Solution: SP Page Builder 4.0 introduced a complete overhaul, focusing on speed, simplicity, and user empowerment:

• Redesigned the UI/UX to be clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, enabling faster page building.

• Reduced load times and improved real-time editing responsiveness.

• Added real-time editing, granular responsive controls, and 50+ pre-built templates for quick setup.

• Improved backend editing system for developers to extend functionality.

• Built-in SEO tools and accessibility compliance to meet modern web standards.

My Role as Product Manager: managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond:

• User Research: Conducted in-depth analysis of feedback from users to identify pain points and prioritize features.

• Defined the vision, roadmap, and feature set for SP Page Builder 4.0, aligning with user needs and business goals.

• Collaborated with designers to create wireframes and prototypes, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
