The MyAlice.ai website was previously built on custom code, making even minor updates like copy changes dependent on developers. To address this inefficiency, I led the complete redesign and migration of the website to Webflow, empowering the team to make updates independently and improving overall workflow efficiency.
The Problem: The existing website, built on custom code, was inflexible and required developer intervention for even the smallest changes. Additionally, it lacked SEO optimization and effective lead-generation strategies, resulting in missed opportunities for demo bookings and customer acquisition.
The Solution: I single-handedly rebuilt the entire MyAlice.ai website from scratch in Webflow, ensuring a seamless transition from a developer-dependent platform to a flexible, no-code solution. The new website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and lead generation. Key features include:
