Revamp of the JoomShaper user dashboard to improve usability, clarity, and overall user experience. The existing dashboard was outdated, cluttered, and difficult to navigate, which created friction for users trying to manage their accounts, access key features, and monitor their activities.

To address these challenges, I reworked the dashboard with a focus on intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and streamlined access to essential features. The new design introduced a clean, modern interface that prioritized user needs, making it easier for users to manage their accounts, track their progress, and access tools and resources.

Key improvements included:

• Reorganized the layout to ensure users could quickly find what they needed.

• Improved the visual structure to highlight important information and reduce cognitive load.

• Added new features and tools to make the dashboard more useful and engaging for users.

Collaborated closely with designers and developers to ensure the new dashboard aligned with user needs and business goals. I also crafted clear and concise copy to guide users and enhance their experience.
